Meme Girls

Idea

Meme Girls is a female-run social media agency where men are hired solely on looks, can only get promoted to associate level and are paid half of what their female colleagues earn.

By way of recompense, men are granted a year of paternity leave and get their drinks bought for them at work outings.

Problems

I'm pretty sure this is a win/win for all invloved. However, I don't understand social media so that could be an issue.
